In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
- Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct, i.e., account details, billing address, and password or UPI address, and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.

To place your order, follow these steps:
- Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After choosing your favorite product, select the relevant size and the color you prefer. You can check out our size chart for reference
- Once you’re done, click the “ADD TO CART” button
- Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, enter your details (Email, Name, Address, & Phone number), and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking on “Place Order.”
- Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email & Whatsapp with your order details and your order ID.
- You’ll receive another email & Whatsapp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive.
- For Prepaid orders, you can initiate cancellation requests for products or orders within 12 hours from the time of placing the order by writing us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Please note that the cancellation request must be raised from the email ID used while ordering. Send us the email at care@dudeme.in
- For orders below ₹999, we offer a Partial COD option where a nominal amount of ₹99 is paid at checkout, and the remaining balance is paid upon delivery. Please note that the ₹99 paid at checkout is non-refundable.
NOTE: Few special items are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or replacements. The same will be mentioned in the product description.
Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, orders cannot be canceled. If the order is delivered and you receive a damaged product, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- The Order ID will be sent to you via Email & Whatsapp once the order is placed successfully. Within 48 hrs, we will fulfill your order, and a Tracking ID will be sent to you.
- To find out when your order is arriving, click on the Menu bar on your left side of the screen.
- Click on TRACK ORDERS and enter your Order details to see the order status.
- You cannot track orders which are placed recently. If you cannot find any update on your order on the TRACK ORDERS page, click on the Chat Icon at the bottom right corner of the website and enter your Order number to see the fulfillment status.
- Suppose any unusual event or complication leads to a delay in shipping your order; you will immediately receive an update from our end with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a full refund to your account, which will reflect within 48 hours of initiation.
We request you answer the calls from the courier partner when they reach your location. If the courier partner reaches your location for delivery and you fail to respond to their calls, the delivery will be rescheduled for another date. If you again fail to respond to the courier partner during the following delivery, RTO (Return of Goods To Original Pickup Address) will be initiated. You will only receive 50% of your order value as a refund.
- You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and Whatsapp notification will be sent to you with a link.

- You cannot track recently placed orders. If you cannot find any update on your order on the TRACK ORDERS page, click on the Chat Icon at the bottom right corner of the website and enter your Order number to see the fulfillment status.
Yes, it is possible. But to do that, you must reach us within 6 hours from when the order is placed. It is impossible after 6 hours as the system would have passed the address and mobile number to our warehouse to pack and ship your product(s).
Relax; this is not the end. You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don’t worry; there are no cancellation charges or any additional payments.
- You can apply for an exchange for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pickup facility for most pin codes. NOTE: Chargeable and only available for limited pin-codes.
- The entire exchange cost is on us if you receive any defective (color fade, torn, inverted print) or the wrong item(s) from Dudeme. And if the exchange is due to the wrong size selection, the customer should bear the charge of the reverse pickup. A link will be sent to the customer to make the payment for the reverse pickup.
- Exchanges can only be done for the same products in different sizes. It cannot be exchanged for another design or color in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
- Few special items are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or replacements. The same will be mentioned in the product description.
- Dudeme may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
Once we receive your request, we will share a payment link for the reverse pickup. Once you complete the payment, someone from the courier partner’s team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
The exchange will be initiated after the product(s) reach our warehouse and prove to be unused and undamaged.
In case your Pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pickup, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The exchange will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable, and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity with the most widely distributed postal network in India.
